Do you know if they sell in smaller quantities or you need to purchase in boxes? Again, thanks!

Just hand them out on your next off-road drive 😂 1 1 1 "Go as far as you can see; once you get there, you'll be able to see further."

The main benefit is that you divide the force on two points and the risk for failure is less. But if you get a failure, the friction is high enough to take the tension away. It only takes a moment longer to rig Any idea where I can buy this bridle ?

Most people use an industrial webbing sling or slightly shorter recovery strap for this. I have a 5m industrial one that can take 8ton in a loop configuration. (See pics). On the professional brands you’ll need to search for a tree saver strap which is a shorter kind of strap. If you’re not too far for Al quoz, Ramy has them and TORC too. Brands will be ARB, Bubba, etc... The industrial slings can be bought from any hardware trader in Al Quoz. However, as these are made from polyester and don’t stretch too much they might become the weaker link in your setup but that’s maybe not a bad thing. 3 1 "Go as far as you can see; once you get there, you'll be able to see further." Would AED 200 per point be excessive (estimate if we will be doing a few)? I know ARB have some proper points, but I have not seen much in the other shops. But if there would be enough of interest, we can probably get one of the shops to manufacture. Would be interesting to ask. I would like to have the following criteria’s as a base: - Must be bolted to the chassis without any drilling or modifications. - Fixed with minimum two, preferable more, high tensile bolts in existing holes in the chassis. - Eyelet, no hooks. Eyelet big enough for a soft shackle and rounded edges to avoid excessive were. - One peace laser cut. Only welding for additional strength. - Proper rust proofing This is the first draft and I’m sure I have forgotten some important points. All stolen pictures. Adding to this I wonder how we deal with the lower strength of recovery points on a unibody SUV ? 2 "Go as far as you can see; once you get there, you'll be able to see further." Gaurav
You can buy strap and use it as a bridle, just make sure its heavily rated. I used my strap for long time and in some rigorous uphill pulls n tugs. You can get liftek from Alico in shj. 2 1 Let's root for each other & watch each other grow. Javier M
For shackles I use bubba rope 52k pounds, buy them directly from amazon it's waaaayyy cheaper than the rip off from TORC https://www.amazon.com/Bubba-Rope-Gator-Jaw-176745PRO-Synthetic/dp/B07F489PP7/ref=sr_1_5?crid=15AIC431V0O0P&keywords=bubba+shackle&qid=1564979525&s=gateway&sprefix=bubba+shac%2Caps%2C373&sr=8-5 3

If somebody has a unibody they MUST install more recovery points, these need to be installed on the frame rails. During recovery we would need to be careful to recover from at least two points. 3

Did you add recovery points or how do you rate the existing ones ? @shadow79 same for the Rav4. 4 "Go as far as you can see; once you get there, you'll be able to see further."
