This drive is organized in full compliance with the COVID19 guidelines. We expect every member that joins this drive to go through below information and and strictly follow these guidelines in order not to jeopardize someone's health, and to ensure we can keep organizing these drives safely.

We Plan to drive starting a bit late and enjoy the cool weather as long as it lasts before summer sets in. We will do a bit of night driving heading closer to exit which will add some more fun to the drive.

Drive Details

Level:  Fewbie  and above

When:  18 March  2021, Thursday.

Meeting time: 3:45pm  (SHARP - Without any exceptions).

Meeting Point: 

Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance.

What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), smiles, face mask, rubber gloves, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Approximate finish time: 7.30 pm

P.S. Only join if you have a compressor to inflate your tires after the drive.

 

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE:

• Limited to 10 cars only. RSVP will close on Monday - 3:30pm
  • If the RSVP is full and you wish to join, please mention your name on the drive thread to add on the waiting list. 
• Latecomers will be returned back - without ANY EXCEPTIONS.
• Members without RSVP will be returned back - without ANY EXCEPTIONS.
• Please withdraw your RSVP, if you aren't joining, so your spot can be taken by others.
• Repeated no-show members after RSVP will have their account suspended for a month.

I request members to please tag me (or any respective drive lead ) when removing RSVP/leaving the drive , so that the next member on waitlist can be informed in advance and added  which makes the whole process easier.

It has happened in past that waitlisted members were not informed in time when someone left as I was not aware and spaces were available. I am not logged in all the time on the website to keep a track who leaves.

I/ We are volunteering to arrange drives for everyones convenience to make this hobby enjoyable,  so I would appreciate your understanding and communication while you leave for me to keep a track.

I think you are talking about me @Chaitanya D, apologies for that. But it is the first time I leave a drive. I thought will leave a space for others since I am going Tuesday and Friday morning. Will be missing this drive with you. Enjoy

Its sad you are leaving @Hisham Masaad. This weekday drives are not considered as 1st or 2nd drives as in weekend drives to the best of my understanding. Always loved to see you around.
