Thanks to everyone who joined @Wrangeld drive last Friday morning, which he kindly let me lead a (large) part of. Leading is lots of fun and I encourage whoever is aiming to progress within the club to get to that level. The entire convey did very well and we managed to cover a decent 62km at an average moving speed of 20km/h, completed in the 4 hours planned for our drive. And the trip would not have been fun had it not been for a couple of ‘crestings’ and ‘stucks’, all providing a chance for our collective learning and improvement. And congats @Watteau for new winch, which was useful when we got stuck in soft sand. @I.M.Shousha إسلام أبوشوشة hope you managed to get your rear bumper fixed; this is a common JL issue with the number plate pointing downwards and sometimes digging into the sand on your way up and down longer dunes.
