Frederic
RSVP IS NOW CLOSED @Frans M@Aringga@Ishak@Paul Eldho@J-P L@Myrko@Mike M.@Theo09@Dodi Syahdar@Srikumar This will probably be the most supported convoy ever! Main safety issue will be to make sure none of us get hit by one of the many shovels 😅 We will be using Channel 8 tomorrow, which is 446.18125Mhz. Please arrive 5-10mins earlier so you have time deflate and setup your flag. That way we can hit the sand by 6.15. I have a drive plan that is long. Let's see if we can make it. See you all tomorrow morning! 3 1 "Go as far as you can see; once you get there, you'll be able to see further."

Seems like i've jinxed it.. no shovels today. I think partially due to the fact we only had one newbie with us, who happened to drive splendid the entire morning @Aringga. Of course you all drove superbly today... @Srikumar@J-P L@Paul Eldho@Theo09@Mike M.@Ishak@Dodi Syahdar Secondly i do have to admit that i like this kind of open terrain, south of Faqa. Even though we went through some technical patches, it's mostly meant for decent-paced drives while gazing at the horizon. @Frans M you were the perfect second lead, smoothening the tracks where needed and giving Aringga a heads-up at the appropriate times. We had some good fun in the bigger dunes just north of the arboretum, and occasionally some bumpy terrains, but that's all part of the game these days. I will start planning for a super-tech drive soon, where i hope the shovels will be on our shoulders all morning. As soon as it gets a bit cooler . Was great seeing you all today. Hope you have a relaxed Sunday. 1 "Go as far as you can see; once you get there, you'll be able to see further."

Aligned with @Srikumar‘s discussion today, I will be using the term “Entertainment” for scenarios such as “carrying shovels all morning”. I learned something new today and will be applying it moving forward. Thanks Sri! Edited August 24, 2025 by Mike M.
Ishak
Today’s drive was full of laughs even before the briefing started, we were already cracking up! And the break time? Same story 😂. Honestly, the best kind of refresher from the daily grind. One horsepower for each flag still running around in my mind 😂. @Aringga you drove very well for the second Nb drive. Soon you will find the click with your dark pink Jeep 😅. Thanks everyone, see you soon on the next drive. 1
Mike M.
It’s always the company that makes the difference @Ishak and I fully angree with u ! As for the statement it was: “1 flag for every 100 horsepower” 😂. Waiting to see the Desert Orca identity shine thru soon inshalla
Frans M
I always enjoy the drive led by @Frederic. Relax, fun, and easy going team are the feeling that always came up, where it is a perfect combination for a weekend getaway and learning from the experts. Thank you all for "supporting" this special NB for @Aringga 😃🤣🤣. I believe that he will not forget this moment ever in his journey with Carnity.
