is my fuel filter due for change

when my wife got my car serviced they did not change the fuel filter where as in the manual it said that in major service they are suppose to do it

how can i make sure that the fuel filter needs change or not.

Fuel filter change is due every 40, 80, 120, 160 kms.

If you got 20k service at 20, 60, 100, 140 then filter need not be changed at this interval.
