We had a very good time, also in the evening where we went off-off-road and had a nice dinner. @Ale Vallecchi Well organized and comfortable pace, given it was a newbie drive. It was a great afternoon formula, public holiday + relaxing mid-afternoon drive that finished when the temperature was cool and pleasant. Thanks @Ale Vallecchi for putting this together and showing us the pristine dunes that we could enjoy. Thanks for entrusting me with the sweep role. It was very enjoyable. Everyone drove very well - the rope nor the shovel did not come out even once. We just had to manage a few refusals that were common and expected. @Glenn W thanks for keeping the middle class of the convoy save. @Premjit Vappala it was a pleasure to watch you navigate the Super Safari through the dunes with passengers on board. @Guido Ferriani you did well when you stopped and announced on the radio when you lost the tracks. @Mads thanks for explaining to us the wrangler 4x4e. This is the first time I’m seeing it. @Suneedh Wrangler good that we chatted a bit during inflation. I am making a mental note that suneedh wrangler drives LC300 😆 @Kirill K thanks for helping me to inflate 2 tyres. As I told you, I find inflating the most boring part of the drive and you gave me a 50% discount 😆😆😆 I have shared some photos in the gallery

I keep hearing the same, apparently when trying to use the gas station inflator (like the pic below) there is no tight seal, and one should use a tissue paper over the valve to seal it tight. Another option is to use a tire valve extension piece:

of course the are OK it's the same exact same of valve tip in the end... I wonder what would anyone here consider incompatible? Bottom line - the tip fits your regular compressor nozzle. Gas station or ARB on-board compressor with a hose - it's the same valve thing.

Thanks Marek for the reply. It has been written in these forums that the Apex deflators are not compatible with gas station air pumps. Are you able to use the gas station air pumps ok?

@Ale Vallecchi unfortunately.my car has not been able to be repaired since my check engine light came on during Saturdays drive. I will have to remove myself from the drive. Hope you all have a fantastic afternoon!

These look the same from design perspective as apex. What do you mean "compatible with gas station air pumps"? Apex works the same way as this - you can pump it anywhere... BTW. aim for XL valves.
