Hi @Alex M, yes of course we are going. No problem if your passengers don't want to walk so much. They can wait for us by the cars. Still the driving part, though remaining smooth and quiet pace, is a real desert drive (not on track), meaning the car will move up and down, and sideways. Be sure they are comfortable with the idea.

@JeromeFJ is this still going ahead? Dwindling turnout 😯 Just as FYI I am bringing some family visitors with me who are keen on the drive but not so much the hike (elderly). Not sure if impacts the plan... But we're bringing some camping chairs and a gas stove for some coffee / tea for sunset!

Hello everyone! M name is Gaurav, I drive a 2010 FJ cruiser that I’ve had since new, I’m running a Dobinsons MRR suspension with a 2.5 inch lift, I have around 5-6 years of previous off-roading experience with different groups and different areas of the UAE. I drove for the first time in a carnity drive last week in Nahel where I had the opportunity to take the role of the convoy sweep. My car is equipped with all the necessary safety equipment listed in the drive description and my radio is set up with all the carnity frequencies and my car has the factory tow hooks and a safety flag.
