salman
Checking the relay is really easy and trust me, money saving. To check the relay, to need to remove the main relay from the system. You will see lot of numbered terminals on the relay. What you need to do is, you need to connect the battery terminals to be relay terminals. There is a particular structure to connect the battery to the relay. First, connect positive terminal of the battery to terminal 4 and negative terminal to 8, and check for the continuity/functioning between terminal 5 and 7. Next, connect positive terminal to 5 and negative to 2 and check the functioning between 1 and 3 terminal. Repeat the same by connecting positive to 3 and negative to 8 and check for the functioning between 5 and 7. If this whole process, if at any point you notice that the terminal functioning is bad it mean the relay is damaged. But if the functioning of terminals is proper then the main relay is perfectly fine.
