Ale Vallecchi
We request every member that joins this drive to go through the below information and strictly follow these guidelines, etiquettes and responsibilities. MUST READ AND COMPLY Offroad Flag Guideline Two Way Radio Guideline Off road Driving Etiquette's Emergency details for all off-roaders Off Road Driving - Roles & Responsibilities DRIVE DETAILS Level: Fewbie and above When: 11 March 2023, Saturday Meeting time: 8:00 AM - Sharp (Without any exceptions) Meeting Point: Dropped pin https://maps.app.goo.gl/jffNNv6qw62ikT6Z6 Action Plan: There have already been several drives dedicated to celebrating the legend of the Long Range Desert Patrols, an elite group of British military scouts famous for finding enemy tracks, and exploring new friendly routes, in the deserts between Egypt and Lybia. As part of their skill set, they were required to cover a lot of ground, in a silent and speedy manner, to reach different enemy and friendly positions, and report of their conditions. With Carnity these celebratory drives have been done at Fewbie Plus and above level. I have confidence that we can also manage at Fewbie level, perhaps with a few adjustments of the route, but with no less speed, stealth, and most of all satisfaction. We should go from Solar Park to Faqa, connecting a variety of terrains, with various degrees of difficulty. Approximate finish time: 12:00 PM Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance. What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), smiles, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Mandatory off-road gears: Tire deflator, tire pressure gauge, compressor, walkie-talkie radio, off-road flag, shovel, first-aid kit and fire extinguisher. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE This drive is limited to 12 cars only. RSVP will close on Thursday - 12 PM. If the RSVP is full, you can add your name to the waitlist, once anyone drops, you will be moved to the RSVP list. RSVP will close a day prior to preparing a convoy list. Latecomers will be returned back - Without any exceptions. Members without RSVP will be returned back - Without any exceptions. Please withdraw your RSVP, if you aren't joining, so your spot can be taken by others. Repeated no-show members after RSVP will have their account suspended for a month. PLEASE RSVP ON BELOW CALENDAR 1

Ale Vallecchi
Dear Desertnauts a quick heads-up about tomorrow's drive. The main theme of the drive is distance, and the main skill we'll look to be using is speed (within the limits required by safety). We'll have to take the skills expected of Fewbie drivers for granted, which will require everyone's concentration, and a bit of stamina. The meeting point is set just past the Innovation Center (aka the Glass Spyre) at Solar Park. Start deflating as soon as you reach it, with a full tank, please. The convoy order will be the following: @Abdul Basit Khan in Second Lead @Thejas Uthran at #3 @Stan at #4 @Frans M #5 @Amr Aydin at the Center position @premindra rajaram at #7 @Pranjal Varsani1 at #8 @Bashar Beasha at #9 @Ahmad Nerat at #10, and @Ron.P in the Sweep position. The Carnity radio channel for tomorrow will be #2 (446.031). Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow. Have a great evening 2

Ahmad Nerat
Dear @Ale Vallecchi thanks for designing and planing the dive. it was mix terrain full of fun and learning curve for the drivers. in general, all did well. few stucks, and refusals, here and there which were managed brilliantly. technical area still challenging for most of us.. but as you brief us it's a mix of how to control the steering wheel and gas pedal. when it comes to ridges, it's just need a good approaching and exiting strategy. from the back of the convoy all did brilliantly well as I could sew. it was nice driving again with @Ron.P with his LC200 there were two 🚢 saling at the end of the convoy. @Frans M, @premindra rajaram u have a beast machines out there that cold take u anywhere.. @Bashar Beasha always nice seeing u in those drives with ur great super safari.. be ready for next level soon🤗.. @Amr Aydinu have managed the center position perfectly.. finally, @Abdul Basit Khan I believe u enjoyed being second lead 😎.. short report video can be found here https://vt.tiktok.com/ZS8C3Lrg7/ what a start for a weekend... looking forward to drive with all of u again BR, Ahmad 1
