i have fx45 2006 the problem with my car is that the steering wheel shakes when i braked and upon checking there was a leak in the tire so i then changed the tire and still the tire goes flat and the car wobbles

car wobbles might be from damaged wheel not tires. Get it check from alignment guys if that wheel is fine or damaged.

steering shuddering while braking is a brake drum needs change, or steering column needs a proper diagnostic. Nothing really to do with tires and wheels.
