khandelwal
If your car is making a whining noise, if it has cracks or is shiny with oil then it should be changed as it will increase the chances of braking which can be very hazardous. khandelwal
if there is a an unexplainable noise form the engine of the car that sounds as if a part of the something is broken ask a good mechanic to look at the timing belt. he will bend the belt and see if its cracky if not then its still good.
