How hard is to swap the Engine ?

how hard is to swap the 3.9 with 4.6

What else is required besides the 4.6 engine ?

Mighty 4.6 u want is from the Range Rover from 1998 -2002 model?

Then i think, (i am not very sure) only head change is required as block is same of your engine and that engine. Double check this fact, and then source for head than whole engine.
