Horn is sticking at times. what should i do?

when i blow the horn in got stuck even after releasing the pressure. I am thinking of disconnecting the horn altogether but i dont think it is correct thing to do as it is very imp.I feel there is something stuck inside the wheel, maybe some glue or something but to scare to open it as i may hamper the horn. what can i do

It could be horn relay should be under hood in relay box.
