carguy
There are basically three types of motor oils that you can use in the car. Conventional mineral oils: they come up additives like detergents, anti-wear agents and viscosity maintainer. synthetic oils: synthetic oil is the superior oil which holds even in the high burning temperature and does not leak. re-refined motor oil: this type of motor oil is recycled oil. carguy
I think one can go for conventional mineral oil and synthetic. Re-refined motor oil does not last forever in an engine and hey are most likely to get leaked in the engine parts.
Mach3
I use only synthetic oils and so far they are great. I don't have any problems with my engine and they last long. Of course, i change the oil once a year.
