    If you have a 4wd/4x4 vehicle and have never driven in the desert before, you have to take this opportunity. I was glad I joined the last one and learned a lot from the gents in this group. 4 thumbs up!

    @jshivkumar please advise if your Pathfinder 2015 model is the new 3.5 liter with the new shape, or the Pathfinder Classic with the 4.0 Liter engine. In case you have the new shaped 3.5 liter engine than I am sorry to say that it is not meant for the desert. However if you have the Pathfinder Classic shape with the 4.0 liter engine, it is a capable off-roader, the only thing to be careful with will be the bumpers as they are low and made of plastic and you might end up damaging the same. If you still want to join you can meet us at the meeting point and take a ride with somebody to experience the flavor of off-roading. New Nissan Pathfinder 3.5 liter engine.     Thank you @wingnut for your kind words. It was a pleasure to have you on the last trip, who knows you could have been the winner of a deflator, but unfortunately you left early. I do understand that you had to go to the church, but it was great fun having you and Dindin on the drive and we are looking forward to many more. Hope you can join us soon and we are looking forward to the Explorer living up to its name.

    I have heard few praising it in Dubai even having bigger 4x4, only key is to cover this jack with some cloth or bed sheet (explained by @Rahimdad) to avoid touching the hot exhaust pipes.

    Just came across this on whatsapp, may be @amid this seems more viable solution for your worries. I think / hope this device should be available in market to install too for private vehicles too, so that you can interrupt the tailgater radio for few seconds to run the warning in 4 language, very creative attempt by RTA dubai.
