Hi @Simon D Got a message 'Waitlist request accepted and after few minutes later 'Removed from attendee'.  Am I in or out? Couldn't find my name in the list anyway.  I have put waitlist again if that's ok.   

I’m so sorry for the last minute withdrawal as I’m forced to quite my son is not well  will join next time.

From here we'll head to Lisaili, then down toward Faqa (via the infamous Chimney Route), and on to Little Sweihan before heading either to Solar Park or Ghantoot (TBD). The itinerary plans to minimize areas of sabkhas, which with the rains would have become quite muddy and treacherous.

For the Sweihan lovers, that will be my next weekend's objective.

Edit: 4:50pm :  I'm sorry @Ale Vallecchi I just read above you have changed the route, we had another drive on almost same route today morning with @DP1011 so I'm withdrawing from this drive will join on next week.  

@DP1011 I just realized my radio is not working after charging  can I please ask a spare from anyone just for tomorrow otherwise I must quit from the drive  that will be so horrible.

Working fine for me. This is from mobile. 

So every Mondays 'sharp at 7pm' everyone try your luck 😃 no space for late comers, all the levels.  

I was actually waiting for this drive @Frederic still not sure I can join committed something else already on the holidays  but trying my best to join at last minute if possible.   I'm sure this drive will be an amazing experience to everyone.

@Looper I always use Wikiloc to record the drives, I feel it's very smooth on live map while driving and shows accurate location .

I just started using Gaia too but it seems very slow and jumping on live map, not as smooth as Wikiloc.  May be there are some setting to change I have to check it again or it's not working well on my mobile.  I use iPhone 13 pro max.  

 It was my longest drive experience ever with team Carnity (87km), learned a lot and enjoyed the drive from beginning till the end.   We had covered almost all the terrains such as technical dunes, big dunes, slide slopping, sabka driving, desert jungle, scenic, farm drive and lake side drive all together in one long drive thank you @Rizwanm2 . And it was so fun to achieve all the pre-assigned waypoints.  

We had pope-out, few refusals and stuck but we managed everything without spoiling time and it was nice learning experience too.  

As it was a short convoy 4 people only,  personally I got chance to sweep, this is my first ever experience so I really enjoyed it @Rizwanm2 thanks for giving me the chance ☺️ @Abhilash Kottakkal you made your role very well as SL, you drove amazingly compare to all other drives.  You and @Arun Menon got a chance to pull the cars those got stuck and I assume this is your first experience for the same, I'm also waiting my turn on next drives.   

I don't know why there is no gallery for this drive to upload images.    

@Rizwanm2 yes confirmed, installed Gaia and trying to learn it.

 @Fredericit was another beautiful scenic drive really enjoyed from beginning till the end and the thug of war was another amazing memorable moment of this drive  , and thank you very much for accepting my last minute request to join in the convoy.  Waiting for another scenic drive soon.

Hi @Frederic I was waiting from Monday to get into the convoy from waiting list, checking everyday as this trail is something emotional and nostalgic for me as it was my first drive with Carnity and with you @Frederic couple of months back.   Every week I check the calendar, your event and was waiting for the same trail again.  Unfortunately I was traveling on Monday so I couldn't join on time so I put myself to the waiting list. It was a nice experience for me for the first time with you when I joined Carnity and would like to be on the same trail again with you to feel the difference of my first drive and where I'm now, if you have any plan to extend the convoy again I highly appreciate if you could add me too so I will cancel my fewbie drive happening on same time and join with you on Sunday.   ☺️    

Thank you @Looper it was one of the best drive for me so far really enjoyed every moment, it was so nice to see moving the convoy from beginning till the end except few refusals before we exit.   I was more careful to avoid pope-out after the Saturday’s drive, hitting a bush while slipping off from a dune and was so scared of the bushes and took extra care on sharp turning too. This is why sometimes I got more distance from the car in front of me, but learned a lot from last two drives thank again @Looper and everyone.  

Off-roading is my life as you said I take all possible chances to join almost all drives ☺️ Currently I’m on vacation for few days will join again once I’m back hopefully we will drive again together.

@Dev_ was promoted to FB and therefore he is eligible to drive in the FB drive. On the other hand you were not promoted at the time I had to remove you from the drive. 

You might be wondering how can he be promoted just after 2 drives! Here we have a system where one can self declare their prior off-roading experience in other clubs and have out of turn promotion to FB. If not one has to do 5 Newbie drives and apply for promotion. 
 

please also note that promotion at any level is not automatic. There is a feedback loop through which every application is run through provided also that all the necessary equipment for the new level are with the applicant.

Just wondering is it ok to join a fewbie drive with just two newbie drives for @Dev_  or am I missing something?  I was kicked out from a fewbie drive I joined before getting promoted to fewbie by @Looper
