Its very serious, technical, mechanical and professional job. If you asking which tools that means you have never done it, and in that case i advise dont try in your car first better let professional mechanic handle it.

With pro guys, tool, and equipments it might take half day.

The biggest most equipment you need to DIY is the scissor lift to lift up your vehicle and then long jack to hold the axle to release. Which i am sure you dont. ..
