it may be because of broken motor mount. you may have to replace the bearing I think I need to replace bearings. Vibration results when there is too much play due to wear and tear if you continuously drive on terrain surface, anyway get it checked.

My experience You have to make wheel alignment once u had done... just change tires like the front tires should be fix to rear tires and the rears should be front on other way change to X positions.

If it is play of bearing or front axle remmber the car will pull to right or left side instead of wobblng

About ... the wheel bearing im not sure....

I faced the same problem in my car few weeks before. There can be many reasons for the wobbling for the car. Sometimes it is also because of the steering bush. When steering bush is dead, the car starts to wobble. Other than that, may be tyre or air pressure is uneven. I suppose you better get your steering also checked in the garage :)
