service stability system

2002 escalade gets the service stability system light when going on high speed or when there is water under my car and then goes off

what do this mean and how do i avoid getting this message

This system needs service or may be some part is not functioning properly, so better seek a good garage who can run computer diagnostic check and see what fault code leads to which component so that you can fix it.
