  1. Welcome Xaf, to Carnity and it's offroad club. I totally agree with what Fred mention, spend lot of time on offroad club threads and start with main page sticky links as it has lot of information for beginners and you will be able to understand things better when you join your first newbie drive.

  2. After reading forums and websites i guess i know what is wrong. I hope i am right about it. When i write about my problem to Jeep facebook pages they asked me if my cruise control working and it was working till yesterday night. Yesterday while i am coming back from drive my cruise control was working at the begining than it stop working. Here is the theory. There are 2 sensors on transmission. One inlet and one outlet. They known as speed sensors. When i made my transmission over heat, heat damage the sensors and they start not reading correctly. These sensors telling the gearbox to shift or not shift. Since they are failed transmisson dont know is it need to shift or no. Thats why it is keep going between 1 and 2. Also the same sensors being used by cruise control. Since sensors are not good cruise control is not working. Tomorrow i will replace oil, filter and sensors than we will see. I read from forums many people solve their similar cases with this. https://www.autoblog.com/2016/01/12/symptoms-of-a-bad-or-failing-transmission-speed-sensor/

  5. Sorry to start a new topic, but I didn't see a sub-group for new members, maybe an idea if it doesn't exist? Looking forward to meet you, would have liked to join todays night drive, but I am a totally newbie, so won't pull you back this evening. Not always off in the weekends, so might take some time to join one of the newbie drives. No offroad experience. Xaf

  10. Not exactly a car show, but I sneaked into the garage of a company that deals with 4x4 mods. This is one of the reasons I want to settle down in Philippines when I retire. Only mud and mountain off roading here only.

  16. This is awesome car show, to really show the love for cars especially with brilliant restoration job and clean looks. Phillipinos are one of the the best nationality I found in UAE to really love and take care of their cars, unlike many bad boys who thrash cars and have no taste of mods. Enjoy your holidays and thanks for sharing the love of cars from miles away.
