Another reason to have a badass flag that stands out like a bullseye in the wilderness !

Actually yes I remember seeing a Scottish flag which could only be the hummer that belongs to @Gavin Hill am I right?

Yep Guilty as charged but it the English flag on the other side my lady is Scottish so couldn't get away with just the English one!

Im Fewbie now but my pal didn't apply quick enough to be promoted so was sweep for @Chaitanya D for my first time as sweep I enjoyed it actually was nice not too worry about about anyone behind me for once the covid restrictions kill me as i do like to get out and help and learn getting someone out of the pickle there in.....

Last note the HUMMER H2 is blowing my mind still and getting easier to drive every time we go out it does make me chuckle when i turn up with a new marshal and there concerned face to be completely different by the time we end the drive always more impressed than expected!

  3. Thank you again for yesterday perfectly executed .... we had cars in trees...... cars with sand up to the door handles..... cars with basic refusals that there drivers were able to recover themselves down to you guys educating us the easy way.... also a huge round of applause to @Frederic for getting Chris back going after his Jeep just decided to not want to go much further!

The beast did some climbs yesterday i didn't think possible video link attached being at the back of the pack I was concerned about all the churned up soft sand in front of me but it just kept battering through....!

A few cars also surprised me yesterday @Nathan Evans with Jimny bouncing all over the place with it not even recognising its on the dunes it just needs that extra little bit of power! The Discovery Sport, normally we see the Land Rover brand not so capable and lighting up with many faults but that car yesterday showed that they are still capable making real light work of what it came up against, the 4.7 Cherokee proving old is Gold that thing was awesome light and seriously powerful!

Well done to all it was a smooth day with many lessons learnt!

  4. 1) Which 4x4 are you driving/bringing to the drive ?

I will be driving my HUMMER H2 and with the weight of it nervous about getting stuck

    2) Do you have any prior offroading experience?

Worked for Land Rover in the UK so did various courses and tests

    3) Does your vehicle have front and rear towpoints and are they in good condition ?

Yes two and front two at back
