bhushandxb
How do we know whether one needs to flush the A/C condensers and when to replace it completely?
mark
There are only two brands that suggest to flush the Ac condenser in their car: Ford and GM. If you have ford, then it is stated and approved by Ford brand to flush the condenser butonly with VSL 338 terpene-based solvent. But do not flush it on your own if you dont have any idea about the condenser. You better give your car to the Ford dealer, they will do it for you. If not the dealer, then to a workshop specialized in Ford cars only. But if you are talking about other brands except GM and ford, cendenser flushing in not recomended, but only the replacement. gshane
The price of AC condensers are not high, so why risk potential damage? I vote replacement over flushing. It is a logical choice.
bean
It's not about cost gshane, Mark explained very well that Ford and GM allows flush but with a professional way, so one should def try that first. Isn't?
