The water tank also is not fixed property by the garage and started coming out. Can you please tell me where did you make it?
Ahab Shamaa
Great addition to the car @Niki 👏🏻 Looks sturdy. Any issues with noise of aluminum rubbing against plastic? Hey @Hisham Masaad, the Molle on the backdoor cannot be secured to the plastic part of the door. The garage/you, will need to fabricate a metal/aluminum backplate, that bolts on to the metal part of your door. The plastic panel is then put on top for aesthetics (plastic won’t be supporting weight). With a metal backplate to support the Molle system, you’ll be good to go adding gear and equipment. Last thing to consider; the backdoor on the FJ has two hinges. The top one is heavy-duty and can take on the additional weight. The bottom one however, is light duty and will not take on the added weight (it gives/bends, and messes up the alignment of door), and therefor will have to be replaced with a sturdier one… Happy spending 🤣
Niki
hey @Ahab Shamaa not at the moment however I was having some rattling which I found to the the factory tools for changing the tires moving around. I have emptied the baskets and tied these down and will test the noise this week and def let you know. The baskets are secured via plastic feet to the base also .. so no metal is touching the plastic body of the car. Let me test this week and give you some definitive feedback //‘happy spending’ 🤦🏽♂️ … this should be on your signature permanent … 1
Ahab Shamaa
Hey @Niki, good to hear about the noise; or the lack of it 🤣 Rattling noises drive me crazy and ruin my concentration 😀 Yeah, let’s hear back from you after you put the new baskets to the test 😀

Ahab Shamaa
Hey @PaoloMaraziti, I am still struggling to find a good solution for the monster Jack you and I own. I had bought the ProEagle mount, but it’s pretty useless in the FJ. Even after reinforcing my back door molle panels and the door hinges, the ProEgle proved to be too heavy to be mounted on the FJ’s back door. So for now, it’s sitting in the trunk on the floor and secured by ratchet straps… I don’t like the setup as it eats up the space in the back. I’ll keep on looking for a good solution, and if I find it, i’ll post it. I hope you do the same 😀🙏🏻
Hisham Masaad
Good morning @PaoloMaraziti and @Ahab Shamaa, was looking at the Jack and looking interesting. You are most welcome @PaoloMaraziti for a cup of espresso, to look at the Jack and find a solution. @Ahab Shamaai was in a garage one day, and saw my things I put on the back door, and recommended not to put heavy things on the door. I opened the door internal cladding and made some supports, the issue was the final attachment to the door which stick weak.
