bhushandxb
Hey Everyone I have 3008 Crossover from past 1 year. Recently i noticed that the head gasket of my car is leaking. Can anyone tell me if i can fix the leaking on my own or not? If yes, then how?! Thank you
faizalabdul
It depends if the leak is not too bad. Coolant sealer is always an easy option to stop the leaking. But if there is an internal leaking in the head gasket, then you have no other option but to replace it. In the internal leak, the sealer cannot stop the leakage because of the wide area to cover the leaking. I am afraid my friend, but you have to replace the head gasket. roggers
Head gasket leaking is a very bad sign. Once the coolant from my car also leaked from the head gasket. the leak was so bad, that the expert had to replace the gasket. You can check the coolant level. If it is still maintained properly in the reservoir, then i don't think the leak is too bad. But if the level of coolant is dropping rapidly, then you may have to get the gasket replaced.
