    To be honest, Range are notorious in maintenance but not as bad as you mentioned in breaking down so much in 80K. It must be the case of reverse odometer as all Al Tayer sold RR have 5 year warranty or 250,000 Kms whichever comes first.

    I am more than sure this thread will win with Aluminum choice, but I am not saying the aluminium that comes in stock cars that has single core and plastic tank. I meant for full aluminium choice used for real performance.

    Ford is a good bet and Subaru too but subaru will loose a lot on resale as no one want it here. Another good and fun to drive option is VW Golf if you can afford it. Second option in big block American V8 are Camaro, Challenger and Mustang.

    Has your car overheated lately? Check your coolant and tell if it's reducing in quantity frequently? Check your engine oil and tell if it's turned milky or have traces of water or coolant? Slimy feel and no longer feel like oil.

    Sounds like a driveshaft, place on lift in petrol station and ask them to check shaft for any loose-play.

    If it's not tires then more than likely it is from drive shaft or the u joint. Is it having a wobbly feel when it starts? Is it always above 100 it comes for sure?

    If your car all 4 wheels are inside hard shoulder, then you may get fine as Rahimdad mentioned. Hope you have understood the other half, I couldn't mentioned here

    I think in price range what you are looking buddy, you can max get to 06-08 model and not beyond. So this prolly ends up the whole discussion about newer vs older. Just only thing is pick the ride that is not modified (highly improbable) or slightly modified to get some life out of beaten soul.

I like to know if Hyundai Sportage 2012 model is flat tappet design or not? I understand your fear in online forum (not all is true), but when someone experienced (3 folks) saying same thing then you got to believe it mate.

    For Lc you can very easily get ready made upholstery at half of custom made and also faster installation. Only go with custom made if you have some specific design or fabric in mind, to shell double the price. Ready-made with installation cost about 300-500 aed and custom will start the game from 1000 - 2000 easy.

    430 is better any day, as it's a newer engineering. Go with Gs instead of Ls as it's more of a drivers car than Ls which has more stuff for back seat for chauffeur driven big boys.

    Go with Gcc or Japanese specs in lexus and not U.S or European specs. You will get better resale, maintainence and cheaper spar parts.

    Very nice explanation done by Rahimdad, very interesting and meaningful observation and it's quite true. For cosmetic looks, I think fiat is turning almost all of its cars into design disaster thinking that out of box thinking is better, but they have been overshooting the car designs tbh.

    Kia mohave is a wannabe Lc with no such features or capabilities to stand closer. If it's for road only it's OK, or else I wouldn't advise for real offroad use. I never trust drive Arabia reviews and crap as it is highly influenced from one man only based on his relationship with car brand or its dealers. Highly biased, to be honest. Search more forums to duplicate the issue and then make your decision.
