  1. Yeah man of course you will! It's the WOMEN'S world cup in NZ this year🤣
  2. New Zealand sadly... I will truly miss the UAE and all of the wonderful people from all over the world that I have met here and have the honour to call 'friend'
  3. It is with a heavy heart that I announce that I am leaving the UAE. My wife has got a nice new job with FIFA and the opportunity is too good to refuse. We leave in February so that means my cars are for sale: Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT 2017 stock standard in excellent condition with 170000km travelled. Brand new tyres and service just done. Full service history. Owned since new. Asking 135000 or near offer. The little Gold Pajero that could! 2016 SWB in top GLS trim with 3.8 Mivec engine (locking rear axle). 120000km fresh service. EFS shocks and springs giving 40mm lift. 65 series Geolandars giving another 25 mm lift. Chiptronic ECU reflash giving more revs and earlier cooling fan cut in. Modified exhaust fitted but all original cat and mufflers come with it. CHRONOS traction control switch means no more pulling fuses to kill TC and ABS, it also emulates a locking front diff when needed. ICON bash plates in 8mm front and rear and front valance trimmed to suit. Those of you who have driven with me know this is a very capable little truck and those of you who haven't can rest assured that she is in very good condition and gets full maintenance only at respected shops. All of the offroad safety gear (to Intermediate level) is available if you want it, it's all negotiable but I will not separate it from the sale of the car, especially the ARB twin compressor with reservoir! Asking 45000 all in
  4. Also, for all the SWB Pajeros... ADNOC Service Station | Abu Samra (864) - Google Maps There is a rumour that this one opens at 0600. I cannot confirm this. Regards
  5. Hi mate, Two inch lift kit (springs and shocks) EFS brand. No spacers. Huge improvement on the sand with better damping on jumps (oops, I meant 'bumps' and no bottoming out. Better turning and braking stability on the sand. On the road? I hit speed bumps without slowing down now, the shocks are fantastic. The handling and general road manners however, have dipped a noticeable amount due to the higher center of gravity but this was expected. All in for less than 5 grand if I remember right. Wazza
  6. Cracking good fog this morning! I left home in plenty of time thanks to Abu Dhabi's awful fog alarm (which every mobile phone holder in the emirate gets blasted with for free) and complied with AD's 80kph limit all the way to Sweihan. It was a pea souper all the way along Al Taf until I was virtually at the meeting point. The dunes were like a frat party with hoons and drongos roaming like drunken crows (but with less discipline) Never mind, @Vanessa8580 runs a tight ship and soon we had trundled off in a compact little convoy to taste yet again, the mighty Al Ain sand sea. Lovely cool morning turned into a lovely hot morning after a few refusals and stucks but the progress was good. Thanks to @Davie Chase for all of the hard work at centre forward, my tasks at second lead were relatively simple by comparison. Thanks to @Looper and the late @Zed for bringing up the rear and having the most fun. The only Fewbie I could observe directly was @Jessica Lambert and my observation is that she drove immaculately! never a wheel wrong. Nice to meet you @Paul Zietsman and @Zulfikhar Naiyar I hope today met your expectations and that you progressed your learning. We all start somewhere (now get to the wheel and tyre shop STAT!)
