breaking system issue

am having problems with my breaking system. the odometer reads 7,200 km and it seems that every morning when I get in the car and leave...the first 3 or 4 times I break - there is a grinding sound. It stops after that. should i change the break drums please help

Send to dealer and see what they say as it will be done under warranty.

It could be either of elcetrical malfuntioning like ABS or traction control when its cold, and when its slightly hot it becomes fine. Or it could be mechanical like drum, pads, brake fluid etc which i doubt as its only 7200 km done. Too early for mechanical fault.
