Gautam Banka
Have to quit this drive as compressor in the car is not working. My car is in service and I took my friend’s Jeep which doesn’t have an inbuilt compressor. Have a nice drive folks. Will join next one.
Andrew John Melvill
@DP1011 thanks again for a lovely morning in the sand! At the half way stop I was quite pleased that I had not even had a refusal, than bam the worst stuck of the day with a pop out as well! Can never be too comfortable in the dunes. Thanks to all who helped me get out and fixing the pop out. @Julian hope your jeep is ok and @Islam Soliman hope your gmc cooled down enough to get back home. Cheers to all in the convoy and have a great rest of the weekend. 2 2

topgear
Except for Liwa, this was my first trip to the AUH desert. The drive yesterday was full of issues but the way we as a team faced it made it non-issue. Personally, I discovered that my deflator was off by 5 psi. It was a good fun day out blessed with kind weather. Hope to be back ! Edited August 19, 2024 by topgear Typo
