indicator and hazard issue

recently my indicator has starting blinking faster then usual and at time it dose not work. also the hazard switch has its own mind if it wants to work or not. what could this be and are these two problem inter linked. is some wire loose please advice

Old Audi is notorious for these electrial issues and in dash lights on of its own. So its ok.

Get out of ar when blinkig happen fast, one the indicator bulb is fused, just change that. Nothing serious.

Hazard may be getting sticky and its time to change whole hazard switch (its a different issue).
