Aamiraarvy
Hello Guys, Could the JEEP GC owners advise on suitable replacement? The car with fitted with Kumho but i am not too happy with them as replacement. Was wondering to go with Nitto/Toyo grappler or bridgestone. Top of the range i.e. michelin is way expensive!! Appreciate some thoughts!!! Regards, Aamir
nasg
Hi Aamir; Not sure the rim size but I would recommend you to buy BF Goodrich, and forget about buying a tire again as it has really long lifetime..Now its your decision how much you wanna invest and long you want to use? If you are concerned about the price then you can consider Yokohama,Bridgeston or Prelli would be fine...
Aamiraarvy
Hi mate, goodrich doesnt have 265/60R 18. Nitto has good rview and value for money. I can have 4 sets within aed 2800 - however big names are excess of AED 4300. Cheers Aamir
khandelwal
Nitto dune grappler is nice and offer good value for me too. It's just that after year or so it become slightly hard and start showing the cracks on sidewall when you deflate and drive. But overall its nice. Micheline is nice but insanely expensive, whereas you can change the tires two times with Nitto or yokohama. Stay away from BFG as they are very very heavy tires and will slow you down in sand, but in rocks they are amazing.
