Easy Drive and Camp Friday 20th Apr

A drive out to a Campsite in the desert this Friday, any level as all can make it to the camp site then small groups going off local from there.

This one will probably be the last opportunity to camp out (unless you are a die hard!).

The idea of this one is to get as many of the members as possible out to camp. The camping area is hard ground and easily accessed from the tarmac. But... still right on the edge of the dunes.

As this is primarly a camping get together all drives into the dunes can be improptu and lead by anyone that feels confident enough to do it. There is no set format on this trip.

We will meet at the car park for the Sweihan Park, grid references detailed below.

You will preferably have:

Tyre deflator

Pressure gauge

Rated Snatch Strap with Rated Shackles

A Shovel

Lots of water and refreshments

Your lunch & BBQ if your're staying

Camping Gear

Sense of humor

A compressor

There will be small convoys coming from Dubai and Northern emirates, as well as one from both Abu Dhabi and Shaharma areas
