mohan
The BMW X5 and the X6 has long been in a battle with each other. People get confused as to what to buy and what not to buy. Obviously both might have their good sides and the bad ones but can we reach some sort of conclusion between the sedan and coupe!! PS. To me they are pretty much the same except for their seating. akram
Yes! I feel the same way. If anything X5 could be an even better car. Seating capacity is 4 for the X6 and 7 for the X5. The power is the same at 232 bhp at 4000rpm. X5 has 8 gears while X6 has 6. The fuel economy of the X5 is 11.7 kilometers per liter and 7.2 kilometer per liter for X6. So for me X5 is the winner. Did I explain it well ?
charl
I actually think the X6 has less to offer. It is less spacious, small cargo space and less passenger space. It has less visibility and yet it’s still more expensive. Same kmpg and drives the same. If I am asked, X5 makes more sense. X5 is also called the more practical form of BMW cars. Its specifications are near what an ideal bmw should be. This battle was way over before it began because x5 was never up to the mark!
kevin
i think the X6 has got personality in terms of the car.. The looks, performance and uniqueness of the car outmatches any other car i have driven. With a little touch ups the car looks amazing .. love the overall look of the car. idris
X6 has a wider rear track, is lighter and with a lower CoG. Comparing the style and ride of the X6 to the X5 is just wrong. i think both stand at a very strong market share value but at the same time many people prefer the coupe.
