aditya
Just took my 2007 Cayman S to the dealer for it's second change of shifter cables. The first time it happened the car barely had 5,000 miles on it. Was under warranty then because it was less than six months old. I generally take good care of my vehicles and keep them in good shape so this is the first time this has happened to me. Will get the final bill by tomorrow. The car's no longer under warranty as I am at 42,335 miles now.
kumars
Sorry to hear that mate. Agree with Sindhu about the design flaw. These cables should be re-engineered and should be replaced for free.
