irritating noise coming from under the wheel

my echo has been having this problem for awhile that it is when turning right mostly it makes a grinding noise. I got the steering wheel turned while I listened and it sounded like it is coming for under a plastic covered area(large hose sized) behind the wheel. what could it be

Your mud flap is rubbing or some other under body part close to front right wheel is rubbing the wheel while turning. Take to any mechanic they will fix it in 10mins.
