how can i switch off the Air Bag warning Light off in my VW

the Air Bag Warning light is on and i would like to switch it off.

get a code from the VW approved workshop as they will have the equipment to read the stored diagnostic fault codes to determine which circuit has the problem and then it can be repaired

it is advisable to get the air bag checked after every 2 to 3 years

A diagnostic readout will have to be done to confirm which airbag is giving the fault. After that it needs to be checked to confirm whether its a wiring fault or the unit itself.
