Dear Desertnauts as this will be a Rush Hour drive, sorry for being late in updating you with further information about tomorrow's meeting point and itinerary. Since the previous drive ended at Faqa, coming from Solar Park, we'll revert the route, and start from Faqa on our way back to Dubai. We'll move most of the drive against the slip-faces, which may actually not be much of a disadvantage, as the hard faces in this whole area have lately shown a tall and large "step" of very soft sand, that has inhibited most of the criss-crossing attempts. I'll soon post the meeting point on the site. Please make sure that you reach around 3:30PM, so that we can start promptly at 4:00PM, for the 2 hour drive. Also, since we have a long WL of members looking for a first drive of the weekend, incase you are unable to make it please sign out in advance so that the rest can get a drive this weekend. @Dr Tanveer Ahmed My rims are from the same guys that did the mods. They did trim the wheel wells and add fender extensions to keep the edge of the wheel flush with the body as the wheel have a negative offset which widens the track of the wheels. It depends on what size of wheel/tire you want to run. But have seen plenty on other forums running 35's without doing any fender trimming, but these seem to be on a 275/285 wide tire with a slight tweak to the AHT and bending the pinch weld in the wheel well. I also like the AHT suspension as easy to get in and out. With the changes that I had made, don't see any real difference in comfort and road noise from when the car was in stock.

No. Your car has a glitch. The fuel gauge stuck in full which means that your car is not using any fuel during driving and the tank is full. Dont sell your car. you got free fuel for life. However, NEVER fold the third row seats flat. If you do that, the glitch will be gone and you will go back to filling fuel for your trips. Source: Trust me bro!

This drive is organized in full compliance with the COVID19 guidelines. We expect every member that joins this drive to go through below information and strictly follow these guidelines. MUST READ AND TOTALLY AGREE: COVID19 Precautions Mandatory Safety Requirements Ban from Carnity Off-road Club Two Way Radio Guidelines Drive Details Level: Fewbie Plus and above Meeting time: 3:30 PM (SHARP - Without any exceptions) Meeting Point: Dropped pin https://maps.app.goo.gl/bX2LsfR7Gbf3fHwz5 Action Plan: After a first, successful, Rush Hour from Solar Park to Faqa, the "need for speed" format comes back with its sequel, back to Dubai. As the first edition, the drive plan is designed to cover at least 60 Km in 2 hours. Departure is scheduled exactly at 4:00 PM (meeting time will be from 3:30 PM onward, so that we'll be all ready to start precisely at 4PM). The drive will end, wherever we'll be (with exit points planned nearby our route), at exactly 6:00 PM, or upon covering 60Km, whichever comes first. The goal is to drive at a minimum average moving speed of 30Km/h. Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance. What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), smiles, face mask, rubber gloves, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Approximate finish time: 6:00 PM P.S. Only join if you have a compressor to inflate your tires after the drive. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE: Limited to 10 cars maximum. RSVP will close on Friday - 9 AM. Dear friends what a pleasure to drive with all of you Iin a weekday morning. It felt different. For me this opportunity is seldom possible for me due to the work timing . After briefing every one was set for the quick spin starting slowly as usual till we reached the first long range dune where every one took a turn in sidy for warm up Continuing zigzagging back and forth as the top ridges had built a soft slip element that was difficult for every one to cross over in the classical criss cross . However whenever was possible we did that safely .very few refusals and stuck came along our journey maybe the funniest was my own . I think my X likes the “yoga” position recently 🤣 (picture taken by Vanessa 🙏) nevertheless the rope came out for the above one but before it was hooked @Anoop Nair @Gregory and @Juzer Gandhi were faster in shovelling that I even didn’t press the gas paddle and the car simply slides forward on D 😅. Thank you for the help guys as I couldn’t get out from my car due to sand wall . The last part before we stop at the crescent lake was the climax of in/out and sidys at slip faces which I hope was full filling . Thank you @Gregory for being the 2nd Lead , awesome as usual. Same goes for @Anoop Nair in the Center always pleasure driving with you bro . I can make Pathfinder to IM, surely you can do too with more the powerful QX56. Killer switch for ABS/Traction control is an easy mod, you can get it done with bash plate. Also when they do bash plate, have a look at front tow points, Nissan doesnt always do good tow points. you need minimum 3 bolts for one tow point, considering the weight of QX56. Fishtail you will learn to manage in FB/+ levels. when you can control fishtailing, its fun to fishtail sometimes 😛 Pathfinder R51 had the same setup of Armada/QX56 - VK56DE+5AT in US, for 5000+ cars only ☹️,

You need to change the fuel gauge sensor by technically qualified person.
