As this is your first drive with the club I will need you to please go through the video and mandatory readings in the main drive post and confirm back once done.

Also need the following details:

- details of your car (make, color, 4WD High and Low gear, front and rear tow points)

- details about your previous off-road experience (if any)

- you must have an offroad safety flag

- programable radio is required however if you don’t have one let me know to have one for you until you get your own

However, that one is perhaps a bit tricky for newbies (this will be my second drive) and hence I would prefer driving along with you. It is also closer to me being based in AD.

Any chance you can add me in here? If yo will, i will cancel going to Halloween drive. Otherwise, shall continue as is.

reading this late, I had booked for yesterdays ride unfortunately it got cancelled and I enrolled for Sundays, I was told yesterday that compressor is not mandatory for first ride hence I got radio and flag only.

@Abhilash Kottakkal It is no problem if your wife and child join but just make sure your 3 year old is secured in a proper car seat. I will keep it an easy drive because I have a few Absolute newbies 😊

DRIVE DESCRIPTION

With the weather finally starting to cool off (atleast in the early mornings), time to start venturing into the bigger dunes of Sweihan, also known as "Little Liwa" among the offroading community. This is the perfect playground to hone your basic skills of approaching a dune, crossing over and how much gas to give. The nature of the spaced out dunes means the drives will be a tad quicker but a lot more fun.

You’re welcome ! It’s a very nice shop and they have so much stuff. The shoes are not cheap but they are really comfortable and you don’t get any sand inside. They have laces and a zipper on the side so quite easy to get your feet in.
