It's still work in progress, will explain how it works, once completed.

In short, it is a user (off-roaders and non off-roaders) achievements system to recognize and honor best efforts (online and offline).

@Looper the badge says you are a collaborator. It means you collaborate for everything with everybody. What is difficult in this term to understand?

Why both these emotions disturbing you @Jessica Lambert? Once you actively participate in the activities of the club you earn them automatically. Have patience.
