Hi @Amal Sunil. Mandatory gears required are - shovel, radio , deflator, compressor and a Offroad pole with flag. Details where you can get them and which one is mentioned in above post by @Simon D. 
drives are announced every Monday morning around 10 am and go live for rsvp at 7 pm.
