iroc
It could be due to various causes, from something like a loose fender inner shield which maybe rubbing against your tyre or even worn out steering joints
abbaz
if your car is old then its best to change the steering cluster its not very expensive so its best as once you start finding out problems they will keep coming and you will spend more then you may have thought
Saleem
Start the engine and keep the gear on park “P” position and steer the wheels in both direction if the sound is coming it’s about the power steering fluid and pump since it is speed adaptive check fluid level and condition and the mesh in the fluid reservoir and finally the pressure valve which is integrated in the fluid pressure hose (the big screw with spring and metal ball inside it) There is 2 type electrical and normal mechanical runs with the engine depending on the model 4,6 or 8 cylinders
