khalidh Posted February 14, 2012 Report Share Posted February 14, 2012 Some good value for money companies of lift kit, cost around 2k-3k: OME (Old Man Emanuel), Ranchos, Rough Country, Bilstein, Some slightly more expensive ones 3k - 5k: Ranchos advance, Terraflex, Tuff dog, King Springs. Labour will depend where you take it: In Dubai it will cost 500 - 1000 dhs. In shj less than 500 for sure. Fixing time: 2 hrs, if no custom bushing / spacers need to be made. Only road driving wil be too and fro from going off road as is spare car , also had a play today and managed to find my CDL (2000 MY) which i engaged with a No.10 spanner Now looking for a 2nd hand linkage( off a D1) Makes me think , any one supply and have competence to fit air lockers, thinking of the rear wheels, to improve my options on off roading Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Sharky Posted March 17, 2012 Report Share Posted March 17, 2012 A linkage for the D2 is available through the UK, sorry but off hand can't remember where I got mine, but I had it fitted by Al Tayer during a service several years ago.
