Why my 308 Peugeot battery not charging?

The car battery is all wonders as it is not charging

sooooo i change the batter and still it is not working and then i change the alternator BUT IT IS STILL MY NEW BATTERY IS NOT CHARGING.

i am in a break down state as this is the only car ive got and now i am car less

HELP
