I want to express my sincere apologies for not being able to join the convoy last minute (11th at 07:00 Tawi - Sharjah ]. Unfortunately, my car broke down at the meeting point. I want to extend a special thanks to Brette, Simon, and RK Ram for their support in getting my car ready for recovery. Their help was greatly appreciated, and I am grateful for their efforts. I regret any inconvenience this last-minute change may have caused the team. Look forward to joining the team for the next week's drive. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.2 points

this is a bit disturbing, but very important lesson... it shows the importance of having a solid recovery points and soft shackles and the kinetic rope. i got this on whatsapp, you probably got it somehow, since it went viral over whatsapp.1 point

Dear @Ale Vallecchi thanks for designing and planing the dive. it was mix terrain full of fun and learning curve for the drivers. in general, all did well. few stucks, and refusals, here and there which were managed brilliantly. technical area still challenging for most of us.. but as you brief us it's a mix of how to control the steering wheel and gas pedal. when it comes to ridges, it's just need a good approaching and exiting strategy. from the back of the convoy all did brilliantly well as I could sew. it was nice driving again with @Ron.P with his LC200 there were two 🚢 saling at the end of the convoy. @Frans M, @premindra rajaram u have a beast machines out there that cold take u anywhere.. @Bashar Beasha always nice seeing u in those drives with ur great super safari.. be ready for next level soon🤗.. @Amr Aydinu have managed the center position perfectly.. finally, @Abdul Basit Khan I believe u enjoyed being second lead 😎.. short report video can be found here https://vt.tiktok.com/ZS8C3Lrg7/ what a start for a weekend... looking forward to drive with all of u again BR, Ahmad1 point

Hi all! fantastic drive today, thankyou @Hisham Masaad. congratulations and well done to everyone in the convoy. A few “oldies” and “newbies” at this level but thoroughly impressed by everyone today. only a couple of minor refusals in the convoy and all handled well, with drivers choosing to “loop round” rather than fight gravity, allowing the convoy to continue moving. Well done again, @Looper you have a couple of candidates for your stickers 😛 @imranaasghar81 great to see you after so long, please consider bringing two different size flags in future 🤣1 point

@Hisham Masaad what a drive! Really enjoyable with the popular dunes of Badayer. I always learn something new within your drives todays lesson was more so on space between cars. I notice on these higher level drives the gap should be much larger especially when climbing is such a crucial task. Most of all my refusals today were due to getting caught up in the convoy resulting in touching the brakes which dramatically increased the chances of getting stuck. @Patrick van der Loo I hope you get the part you need fixed I didn’t really have a good look at what got damaged. Was it the tie rod? @imranaasghar81 I’m sorry your friend didn’t make it to iftar bowl. With the amount of visitors you got during this drive I was expecting they were using your flag as a finish line 😂 great support though! cheers @Rob S great supporting from the rear.1 point

Thank you @Hisham Masaadfor a wonderful and fast paced drive today. Lovely start to the weekend. Thank you to the support team for assisting the convoy in every situation. And special thanks to @Tareq Al Turqfor saving my flag. After a long time I done a Fewbie plus drive and it was remarkable. Thanks to all who joined the fun. Cheers and nice weekend1 point

Thank you @Gauravand to all the marshalls and mentors that I have driven with, for having taught me directly and indirectly to improve my off-roading skills. The new car nitro-boosted the pace of my learning as well Looking forward to new challenges in fewbie plus!1 point

Brilliant share @G.huz I have received this yesterday while I was out and until now it was in the back of my mind to share and you did it before me. Like these days soft shackles are must, I think we regularly need to check our tow points for internal corrosion over time. @Frederic is there any stress test available to see if existing tow hook can be rated against 4-5 tons pull? Just a thought1 point
