Pajero, Gen 4 audio control

I have an issue with the steering wheel audio controls. When I press the buttons 'upward/downward' to change between preset stations it actually scans for stations rather than going to one of the 6 preset stations.

Is there a way to change this setup?

This seems to be an issue many Pajero owners complain about as I found many forum topics about it. Unfortunately it seems this is the way Mitsubishi has programmed it and cannot be changed.

Yes, it's a very stupid setting by Mitsubishi. I showed it to the Habtoor guys and they also mentioned there is no solution. Guess you will have to live with it.

@Abdul Rahman Abdul Kader I noticed the same issue as soon I bought the Pajero, which was quite annoying so I switched immediately to stream music from my spotify account, issue solved, the wheel audio controls now work perfectly 😂.
