nihal Posted December 8, 2012 Report Share Posted December 8, 2012 For anyone else in similar confusion can follow simple step. Black is having earth small wire as well embebed under the main socket, so the point that has two wires (1 thick main wire + 1 slim wire) is black and other one that has 1 thick wire is red. Even if you go wrong, if you wont throw you off as its just 12V DC current. It will simply not start the car, so you can reverse and check. Not a big issue.
