harishah
Hi Everyone I want to know the full tank capacity of Honda city 2010 model. In features of the car it's mentioned 42L, but one of my friend owns Honda City car. And whenever he gets petrol filled in his car, it shows full tank in 32 L only. So can anyone please tell me the exact full tank capacity of Honda city?
marknz
The Full tank capacity of Honda City in 42 Litres. But on board computer calculate the capacity from distance to zero which does not include the reserve fuel. The fuel in reserve s almost 7-8L which is not included in the reading of on-road systems. So don't worry, the fuel tank capacity is 42 L only.
adil
That's a very common confusion among drivers. Mark is right. Its 40-42L usually, but never reads the full capacity on any petrol pump. Also, please ignore to run your car on the reserved fuel and always get it filled. Running the car on the reserved fuel directly affects the performance of the engine.
