tiny spray paint removel

i have tiny spray paint all over my car (dnt ask how) will i have to repaint my car or is there any other way

please help its red in color and the paint is white it really looks bad

Take a lacquer in cotton and try SOFTLY (DO NOT TRY HARD) to remove the spots. Try in less noticeable area, as an experiment. I am sure it shud go off. If you put more pressure u might damage original car color too. If it doesn't go off, then show to professional painter and they can pick white spots more professionally.

You can find national paint lacquer in any paint shop for 8 aed a bottle.
