dan17808
Does painting the breaks caliper will void the company warranty even if you don't disassemble it? Planning to paint mine but i'm afraid my warranty will get void. "FROST" 2014 Santa Fe DM 3.3L
param
To be honest and practical i don't think it will void any warranty, but being here and bitten by many crazy if's and but's i will strongly advise you to check with Juma Al Majid and get this in writing if they say no it doesn't void warranty. As sometime if some crazy expensive repairs calls, they will simply use caliper paint to dishonor warranty (MIGHT). I hope you understand what i am trying to show in near future let's say in 3-5 years. Few years back i heard to my offroad friend that Jeep is not honoring warranty for broken differential as my friend has OEM free flow air filter which might have added 2-3 extra horsepower and free flow acceleration. These two have no co-relation at all. When he went to show the broken differential, they have agreed to honor warranty and signed all papers and good. Three days later he got call that they can't as he was using non factory free flow air filter from K&N. I hope it doesn't happen in your case and I think Juma Al Majid is good Hyundai dealer since so many years.
