This drive is organised in full compliance with the COVID19 guidelines. We expect every member that joins this drive to go through below information and and strictly follow these guidelines in order not to jeopardise someone's health, and to ensure we can keep organising these drives safely.

Two Way Radio Guidelines

• Every Offroader brings his own radio, programmed to the frequencies described in below advice topic.
• We will not share spare radios or program your radio on the drive. If you need assistance in programming the radio, post a topic on the Carnity website with your questions and we will help you out. 
• Make sure your radio is fully charged. It will be your only way of communication while driving.
• Before buying, please carefully read below advice so you are informed properly on which model / cost / shops...
• No radio = No drive. It is an essential tool and you should make sure you bring it on every drive and learn/practice how to use it.

Drive Details

Level:  Newbie and above (All Level)

When: Saturday 13th March 2021 

Meeting time: 06:30 AM (SHARP - Without any exceptions)

Meeting Point: https://goo.gl/maps/gdd1yHnHSbUkM9Lt8 

Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance.

What to bring along: Loads of water, snacks (for yourself), smiles, face mask, rubber gloves, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Approximate finish time: 10:30 AM

P.S. Only join if you have a compressor to inflate your tires after the drive.

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE:

• Limited to 12 cars maximum. RSVP will close on Thursday - 9 AM.
  • If the RSVP is full and you wish to join, please mention your name on the drive thread to add on the waiting list
• Latecomers will be returned back - without ANY EXCEPTIONS.
• Members without RSVP will be returned back - without ANY EXCEPTIONS.
• Members that do not confirm the terms of the COVID requirements will be removed from the RSVP list.
• Please withdraw your RSVP, if you aren't joining, so your spot can be taken by others.
• Repeated no-show members after RSVP will have their account suspended for a month.

I wanted to inform you to make sure you have all items onboard:

1) Offroad flag

2) Shovel

3) Pressure gauge / deflator 

4) Compressor (gas station nearby has no compressor)

5) Radio with the Carnity frequencies programmed.

Please make sure you are equipped with above items, otherwise we won't be able to allow you on the drive. If you have any questions in particular about where to buy, which model, please have a look at below advice:

@Kenneth Bollhardt most welcome to Carnity and thanks for registering to the drive. I have noticed that you will be taking your Absolute Newbie drive on Friday, so this will be your second drive of the weekend. According to Carnity policy, as stated in the WhatsApp group where drives are notified, we ask each member to only sign up for one drive each weekend, and to request a place in the waiting list for any second drive he wishes to attend on the same weekend. This is to allow all members to have a shot at at least one drive per weekend. This is why I am temporarily removing you from this drive, and place you in its Waiting List, where you will be #2, just after @Matt.T. Thanks a lot for understanding, and hope to see you Saturday.

Also @Lakshmi Narasimhan, I see that you have RSVPed for this drive and also for another one this weekend. Please choose any 1 drive for now and you can put your name on the waitlist for a second drive. This would give other drivers a chance to rsvp for atleast 1 drive over the weekend. On Wednesday, if there are still spots available after everyone has got at least 1 drive, you can be added to the convoy for a second drive.

Hi @Emmanuel i have booked for both Friday and Saturday not  just only for sake of rsvp, I really wanted to join for both days. Still there are spots available on all newbie drives, if others are waiting for booking I will drop from one of the booking, you can count on me.

Hi @Lakshmi Narasimhan, that’s not how it works sorry. Please sign out of one of the two drives, put your name on WL as 2nd drive, and then, if tomorrow evening there is still a spot in the drive you will be added.
