  2. First drive with @Rahimdad and its memorable. The drive was full of excitement and new learnings. Climbing the hill was really awesome under your guidance. I have heard a lot about  @Rahimdad and it's all true. The way you recovered @Danish Mohammad pajero was really awesome and we all get the chance to learn new techniques. I feel blessed that I was part of your leadership.

@Janarthan I have done two drives with you and it really boost our confidence when your are in center forward. Your guidance and efforts  in self recovery are really helpful. Loved to be part of your leadership.

  4. @Wrangeld Driving in your leadership is always fun. Morning briefing in a circle really give a chance to know each other. All thanks to your guidance that I am getting little more control on my Pajero.

I believe my car really want to check my determination by giving me such hurdles😀😀. Sometimes even I feel ashamed that because of me the whole convoy had to stop and wait. @Wrangeld please do not feel guilty as the tyre were due for renewal.

@Janarthan I really appreciate and thankfully to your help in my car tyre replacement. Your Guidance whenever someone got stuck were really amazing. Your Performance were really outstanding.

@Jeepie your support was amazing, you always have an eye on us and supported by giving guidance on refusals, re routed us on some of the bad dunes. Thanks for the support in tyre replacement.

@Rahimdad it was really nice to see you and thankfull for stopping by and helping to remove the Jack from underframe.

@Ken Hüüdma thanks a lot buddy for coming out and helping me.

I really feel lucky that I am learning my offloading with such an amazing guys.

Once again I will like to thank everyone for showing patience with my unusual tyre pop out. You guys are amazing. See you soon in the sand.

  5. A day to remember....20th Nov 2020.

Start of the day with a warning signal from @Wrangeld that you might have  a  pop out and later changes to reality. However this pop out came out to be a opportunity for all of us to learn something new. @Wrangeld as a true leader always ready to share, explained very well all the technical and safety points to look out.

@Lorenzo Candelpergher a big thank you for your support. Your collection and quality of  tools is great. Thanks for the spare valve which you have provided. Thanks for the compressor which inflated the pop out tyre. Thanks for the recovery of my flag. Thanks for the tug. Once again thanks for everything and every guidance. You are my saviour. I really miss my drive when your drone was capturing others and I was busy in fixing bumper. 😀

@Ahab Shamaa You are truly very kind hearted man who is ready to come forward and eager to help others who are in need. Please convey my Regards to your lovely daughter. I was so much occupied fixing my bumper issue that I didn't realize my flag has gone away, and then I saw your daughter running towards me and handed over to me the flag. I really didn't get the chance to say thanks to you and to princess properly.  I really owe her a treat.

Thanks everyone for showing patience to the delay.

It was really a amazing drive today. Unforgettable..

I for one am looking forward to the drive on Friday. Why - I've been there before with Fewbies and I really like the challenge of bringing newbies into territory that normally would not be used.

The really good part about this routing is that (at least until 2 weeks ago) there was not a lot of traffic around these routes. In some of the places we drive there are hundreds of cross tracks and churned up sand because the whole of the UAE 4x4 world is driving there (Fossil Rock, Pink Rock and some parts of Al Qudra come to mind). Between Murquab and AL Qudra there is less traffic, which means we are likely driving on some virgin sand and making our way over dunes that few travelled before.

The other reason that I like to come to this route is that we can elevate or raise the level depending on the convoy response in ways that is not so easy in other areas, because there are so many varied challenges. To be sure, there are big wide expanses of sand where we can drive up down and round [if anyone has a drone and it's not a no fly zone, we could have some fun here]. We can also very quickly dive into the technical dunes which are a challenge to many newbies - but which will improve your control and finesse no end.  And the end of the drive has some nice cross overs, higher dunes and lots of pipes and chanels to drive through where getting stuck in the soft sand means a difficult moment for self recoery from a refusal or more challenging recoveries.

My request to you - if you cannot make it: tell us now. There will be people to fill your space if you don't want to/can't come.

More to come during the week.

See you soon in the sand.

    Excited.. ready to explore more

  8. What a Friday  Morning it was!!!

Upto that day I was undermining my Machine Pajero 3.5,. I was under an impression that only Petrol, Land Cruiser, FJ are the cars for desert drive, because whenever I tried to drive in desert, my car wheels are always taking bath in the sand.

@Wrangeld, @Frederic, @Lorenzo Candelpergher you guys made my day. @Lorenzo Candelpergherand @Fredericyou were always there to get me out of sand either by self recovery or by Towing. Special thanks to @Lorenzo Candelpergher for towing me two times. Hope one day I will be competent enough to recover someone like me.

You guys have organised the drive very well.
